We stayed for one night, a family of 2 adults and 3 young children. The staff was very helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage after checking out. And the breakfast was excellent with many choices

Staff was helpful, the property was not very well maintained.

Really lovely touch that the minibar soft drinks and snacks were free. Shame that the breakfast wasn’t up to standards with mini flies on the cut fruit. Staff were helpful and housekeeping incredible. Very clean rooms.

We stayed at this property for three nights in mid July 2026. The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The property was close too many restaurants and shops. There is no parking on site. However, parking is available about 5 to 10 minute walk from the property. We were a little disappointed with the pool access. There could only be four people at a time at the indoor pool and had to make reservations well in advance to get a decent timeslot. The outdoor pool was a 5 km drive which was not convenient at all. If you are looking for a place to stay and don’t really want to pull access, this property has a lot of character.

Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!
