My toilet ran all night so a good night sleep was not had, I was up all night. To have a suite and not sleep wall was disappointing. I did tell staff as I checked out but they didn’t see to accommodate or make things right but what could they do? The outside pool was not clean at all, my kids wouldn’t even step into it. It was green and you could tell hasn’t been cleaned for days or maybe for the season. The hotel itself was great but wish for the money it was what we paid for as a whole.

The room was spacious, the air conditioning was quite and worked great. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We didn't have any problems at all and really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. The property is beautiful and the hotel has great potential - we hope they make updates or it will be a true loss. They don't make places like this anymore - it has the potential to be a treasure but feels like it has been forgotten.

First time there, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Clean. Nothing looked out of place. Room was clean, nothing looked dusty, shower was clean, towels looked brand new. Food at Breakfast buffet was delicious with anything you can think of and staff was super nice! I will definitely be back when in the area again!!

We have come here before. The property is well maintained, smells fresh and clean. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The pool is huge and a great amenity along with some games outside, seats and an on site restaurant. The location is great, lots of things to choose to eat or shop. The rooms are spacious and had a dining table with two seats. It’s very cozy and family friendly. The hotel does do aquatics classes, so earlier in the morning until about 11am the pool can be a bit crowded. We paid for a late checkout which was $50 and was able to stay until 2pm instead of 11am. They do great with cleaning and getting the rooms ready for guest.

Our first room had no working a/c. They up graded us to a bigger room. We were very thankful.
