All was great for the price and the staff were really friendly. The staff warned us about the lift that was not working and even came to see if the room was ok which it was. The highlight was the walk along the river into the city and the breakfast from the place round the corner. We will stay again if in town.

My room was maybe 6ft x 4ft. Bathroom was small. No where store stuff. No water pressure in shower cause building is old. Only good thing was across street from stadium.

Enjoyable stay, even sorted out lost room keys quickly

We had to walk up thirty stairs to the top room which was claustrophobic and the bed was very high. The toilet system was very loud. My partner couldn’t get into the shower as she is on the large size and struggled with the stairs which did not have a proper banister. We checked out two days early as she couldn’t cope with the stairs and the room and we are awaiting a refund for those two days.

I really enjoyed my time at the Cresselly Inn. Accommodation, food, staff and bar all top drawer. I would highly recommend the Cresselly Inn.

I've stayed in many hotels across the UK over the past 50 years, and I can honestly say that Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa is the finest I've ever experienced. If you can find fault with this place, I'd genuinely be amazed. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that every detail has been carefully considered. The grounds are immaculately maintained, the views are beautiful, and the historic character of the hall radiates through every room. It has a warmth and elegance that's very difficult to put into words. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable. The beds and pillows provide one of the best night's sleep I've had in years, the showers have excellent water pressure, and every part of the accommodation feels luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. The spa is equally impressive. It's spacious, beautifully designed and wonderfully relaxing. Every member of staff is welcoming, attentive and clearly passionate about creating an exceptional experience. I also stepped well outside my comfort zone and booked a one-hour deep tissue full-body massage. I'd always avoided massages because I was worried someone might aggravate existing problems with my back or legs. I couldn't have been more wrong. The therapist was outstanding. I walked in with stiffness and discomfort, and walked out standing straighter than I had in months. boiling hot and had air con which had error codes and went off after a few seconds - it was 'hard reset' which only lasted a few more seconds so had to get a fan (well2 as the first one was faulty) which pushed stifling hot air around the room and did not cool it. no mention that Starbucks was closed for several weeks which was the main reason for picking this chain of hotels for the location and starbucks.
