"Very clean and great restaurant next door"
John, at the front desk was such a nice man! Very professional and friendly. He was very welcoming and had a great smile. The room was very comfy and quiet! We were on the 3rd floor and did not hear anything above, below or beside. The bed was very nice! Great hot breakfast selections as well. Definitely will stay again!

"An overnight stay"
We spent the night just to check out Sequim. The hotel is close to town, easy to find, right off highway. It was clean, the staff was pleasant. A very nice place to stay.

"it's okay"
The property has a number of cottages, I stayed in number 5. They provided every amenity you could think of, including cookware, robes, bubble bath and coffee. There was a large grass area that would be great for kids to run around in. The only drawback was that cars park directly in front of all cottage windows. You would have a view of the water if only the cars weren't there ;) Cottage number 5 has 2 parking spots. This where everyone parks prior to checking in even though there is a spot by the office. No less than 3 sets of visitors saw me in my pj's. Each cottage also has a sitting area with Adirondack chairs that were blocked by the cars as well, but it's a nice thought. Maybe move the chairs down towards the street where the view is unobstructed?

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel is a great location for being walking distance to downtown/harbourside Victoria. Also, the location was 1 street back from the main street so fairly quiet. The restaurant staff were very friendly.

"Fairmont President club....not"
We could not check in a minute before 4:00 pm. Then asked to have a late checkout (1 hour) told NO! (Unless we were Fairmont President club Members) The trainee who helped us upon checkin was very polite but she failed to text our room #-as promised. Need more than 3 people for checking in a large number of people in busy summer. Thought the wifi was too much $$$$ especially for $600.00 a night room. Room was clean and very quiet. Bed very comfy. History of this hotel is incredible. We were very sad when we saw the Victorian tea room had been updated. We passed on the high tea....nothing special about it, the room looked like walmart decor :(

"Clean and compact but perfectly comfortable"
The location is great, close to Fisherman's Wharf and Marina as well as walking distance to the Ferry Docks as well. Decently priced, views are small and balconies are really just to peak out of, so that was the only let down we had really. The pool has a short "sun time" of morning till about 3pm at the latest and then it is in the shadows, for those who love the sun when it comes out. They were super nice and recognized our 25th wedding anniversary and sent a nice hand signed card with some chocolate covered strawberries to our room.

"Nice Hotel, Great "free" Breakfast, Quiet Location"
Best Western Plus Inner-Harbour is in walking distance from the Clipper Ship - so no need for a shuttle transfer if you are coming and going this way. Hotel is clean, quiet, rooms are spacious and kitchen equipped with all your cooking needs. Not stuffy or classy, just a good place to sleep. I used the hot tub, not the pool and it was HOT, clean and private. Bring a bathing suit as if you use the Victoria City as you should, walk, walk, walk then this will help your over-worked tired legs!! The free breakfast is incredible; everything you would want for breakfast which is ready, hot and perfect for us tourists that are up early and out for the day. Staff is incredible. The hotel does not have a restaurant or sell anything in the lobby. Would be nice to be able to purchase an inexpensive umbrella (though they have them for use), cookies, candies, magazines, etc. I recommend Santiago's (around the corner from hotel) which has a great happy hour I believe from 3 to 5 p.m. (but check the times). Sangria, nachos and the quesadilla are a great way to go. Hotel is also in walking distance to everything to inner harbor, including the David Forster path, wharf, parks, and the best fish and chip places served alongside residents that live on the docks. Walk down Quebec Street from the hotel and go to the legislative building at night (all light up and beautiful). Third time at this hotel and it will not be the last! Bring your comfortable shoes, enjoy and walk Victoria

"Nice hotel, close to China Town and Old Town."
Our room was very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location! The building is older, but the inside has been refurbished. Our room was upgraded to a suite, which was awesome.
