I booked a room for 3 nights for my sister and nephew, who were staying in PA for the weekend (Near the Ferry Terminal and downtown shops). My sister informed me that they received bug bites on her legs, arms, and stomach areas. After seeking medical attention, it was bed bugs. I informed the hotel and received a partial refund for one night. I have advised them that they needed to get professional exterminators to resolve this issue.

Much like other hotels in the area, the facilities are outdated but they were fine for us. I liked how much bigger this room felt compared to others we’ve stayed in the area. Our harbor view was on the first floor so it was mostly obstructed by trash cans. The “breakfast included” does not include any significant (unless you count milk and yogurt) protein! Not even hard boiled eggs.

Nice to have water view. No hot breakfast options. Breakfast options very minimal. Convenient to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park.

This place basically ripped me off. It charged six times what it was worth. No air conditioning in the room. Its a basic box with a bed. Do not make a reservation at this hotel.

It is an old motel, however key elements in the room have been updated a little, such as HD TV, etc. Others in the room are quite old. The location is great in town. The breakfast is good comparing to other options in town.

I was told by the front desk that I didn’t have a reservation, so go to the next door hotel. Evidently, he didn’t even bother to look in the system. The breakfast was horrible since this place only has a few slices of bread and a waffle maker. Only 1 bar soap was provided for two people. This place is way overpriced for its poor quality. Will never ever stay there again.

The security was poor. Window lock makeshift, door deadbolt questionable. Interior decor extremely outdated for the cost of the rolm, very dark.

A nice surprise

When I saw that this property is a motor lodge/motel, I was surprised at how clean, spacious, and functional our room was. We had a nice view of the marina, an easy walk to food, and it was quiet. Very pleased with our stay at Port Angeles Inn.
