Shuttle was old and the access door didn’t work properly. At least two towers. If you’re in the second tower you had to go to the lobby and back up to the 9th floor for dinner and breakfast.

They changed me 100.00 when I checked in that I didn’t know about, so I’d like that returned. Also I was under the impression that there was free parking but there wasn’t any. Had to pay an extra 55.00 for that. I feel like I had been taken.
