Lovely location, away from the main bowness hussle. Lovely room with a lake view. Super big room (room. 7) with HUGE bathroom. Building works did not bother us at all. We did notice that the heating was not on permanently. This did cause the room to become very cold during early evening and during the night. Some fairly obvious cobwebs in the ceiling corners and the main light. Breakfast was good although I would welcome some less sugary options. Dressing gowns were provided for the spa but they were about size xs so not exactly coveting normal adult body so bring your own!!
