Met expectations of a 5* hotel. Unfortunately there was a power cut, this was not a fault of the hotel. The staff handled it brilliantly and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay despite the slight set back.

I didn’t like being charged by you and then having to pay again when we got to the property !! I therefore suggest you refund me the amount I paid, before I ever use your services again !!!

Motel in easy walking distance to town centre. The room was very hot, so had our windows open and seagulls were screaming from 2am The room was clean plenty of hot water. Bed too soft for our liking so didn’t sleep well. Our door didn’t seem to fit right so had to slam it shut and heard a few more being slammed.

Great experience all around! Adorable house conveniently located in the village of Yarm. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you could need. Very helpful staff prior to check in. I highly recommend staying here, and would definitely do so again!

Really enjoyed our stay in the executive room. Had a lovely 2 days.
