Room was given away. I reaerved for two nights because we needed an earlier check in around 11am so willing was going to pay extra night for ability. Reached out to hotel twice, first thime responded no problem, second time i didnt hear anything but didnt think it woild be a concern.

Best Western Waukesha Grand
Clean room. Usual complementary breakfast (waffle maker, cereal, powdered eggs, sausage and potatoes). Pool area with hot tub looked nice. Limited staff in afternoon, so check-in took around 20 minutes of just waiting for someone to come to the counter.
