Property is close to American Family stadium. Area is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The entire staff was amazing, especially the front receptionists (friendly, funny, caring, and very helpful with directions and suggestions)! Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience!

The beds were comfortable. provided plenty of towels so didn't need to ask for more. Temperature is room controlled. On 3rd floor able to open window so turned off a/c. Pool and whirlpool were very clean, towels provided at pool. Whirlpool was good temperature but jets very weak. Ice-broken on 3rd, out on 2 and limited on 1. Didn't partake of breakfast but people looked pleased.

Overall the stay was very good. Breakfast however was just average and the menu could use more variety. I appreciate the location of this hotel and will certainly stay here on my next trip.

Zoo and the Brewers

Clean, well kept hotel. Clean bathroom; well stocked with towels for family. Great location for family after zoo visit and going to Brewer game. Breakfast was OK. Kids enjoyed large pool area. Wonderful and helpful staff, especially Breanna. I do wish we would have had a chair in our room beside the desk chair.

DINGY DIRTY AND LIED TOO

At a glance the hotel looked clean, but as soon as I got on the elevator and seen the amount of FILTH ON THE ELEVATOR FLOOR I knew it was over. I got to my room and it looked smaller than what I expected because I paid for a large size rom and it had a FUNKY ODOR that I thought would go away. later that evening I noticed that the bottom of my sons feet were filthy because he was walking on the floor bare footed, that was disgusting, the carpet in my room was nasty . THAT'S STRIKE 2!I tried talking to one of the cleaning staff about the size of the room but she didn't speak English.My friends arrived the next day and I asked to see their room. Their room was much larger than mine and they paid a lot less.I called the front desk and they told me they didn't have another room available. I called the hotel after my stay and asked to speak to a manager, the person that answered the phone was YASMINE. SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD GET A MANAGER FOR ME. Yasmine immediately started being UNTRUTHFUL . She asked me a bunch of ? before I asked 2 times to speak with a manager. Yasmin then stated she was a manager. Yasmin was very confrontational and refused to let me speak with a different manager after asking at least 5-10 times. She also lied and stated the room my friends stayed in was the same size. ( I been a carpenter over 30 yrs) I just wanted what I paid for without all the EXCUSES. My friends room was nice , it smelled clean and I had a dingy dirty small room that I paid more Money for.
