Cancun Vacation Packages

We got a hot tub patio room. Views were sick. Room was big. Wasn’t the cleanest. Property is aging and aging poorly at that. The hot tub is just a jetting tub. And while we were sitting out on the patio concrete chunks came loose and fell 3 floors. Luckily we weren’t hit but still kinda surreal experience. I collected some of the pieces and gave them to the front desk. Their response was that they have someone fixing it. However the fix I saw was them just knocking loose the rest of the loose concrete. The beach doesn’t have beach loungers but beach bean bags. The location couldn’t be better. The double pools are great.

10/10 resort very clean , a lot of cool amenities. Will be back soon

Love this property. Nice room, good breakfast, 2 big pools, great beach access & lounge chairs and friendly staff. Would definitely return

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.
