We had a wonderful stay at Delek Holbox. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The beach and beach bar were beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice. We would happily stay here again

The property is gorgeous and housekeeping was on point every single day. Big shoutout to Angel, Giovanny, and Blanca — they were genuinely great and made the trip feel special. I had arranged a birthday decoration setup for my boyfriend prior to arrival and it was beautifully done — and housekeeping kept it maintained throughout the rest of our stay. We had complimentary breakfast every morning which was a great perk — always fresh and a nice way to start the day. Food overall is on the pricier side, but honestly that’s just Tulum — coming from someone who lives in Los Angeles , it’s comparable. That said, a few things worth knowing before you book. We had no hot water for 4 out of 7 days, which was frustrating because honestly the shower was a highlight, once we had hot water. Also — the balcony pool never got warm the entire stay. We basically couldn’t use it, so don’t let that be a selling point for you. The most frustrating part was checkout. We tipped cash for room service every time AND were signing receipts, but when we asked what the receipts were for, staff brushed it off with “oh it’s nothing.” Then at the end of the trip, room service charges showed up on our bill. We had to go back and explain that we’d already been tipping in cash the whole time. Angel sorted it out, but it was an annoying situation that could’ve been avoided with just a little transparency upfront. If you order room service, ask questions before you sign anything. Bring pesos !

This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything about this place is excellent. The staff are great, service is spot on. Beautiful property. Vegan forward but they are accommodating of all food choices. Loved our pool front room. Great activities - yoga, and sound baths. Above and beyond all inclusive…Premium tequilas and chill vibes. Daily brunch on the beach, one of a kind.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here. The property was much smaller than we expected, but that ended up being one of our favorite things about it. With only nine units, it feels more like a boutique jungle retreat than a large resort. It's quiet, private, and a great choice if you're looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. We even saw monkeys during our stay! The rooms and property were very clean, and the breakfast, while the same each morning, was fresh, healthy, and clearly prepared with care. We looked forward to it every day. What truly made our experience exceptional was Fernando, the property manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe. He always checked in to see how our day was going, shared helpful tips, walked us to shuttle stops when needed, and made sure we got back safely. Since we weren't familiar with the area, his kindness and hospitality made a huge difference. This isn't a full-service resort where transportation and every amenity are handled for you, and dinner is available for an additional cost. It's also a little tucked away and can be tricky to find at first. However, once we got settled, none of that was an issue. If you're looking for a large, all-inclusive resort, this may not be the best fit. But if you want a peaceful, intimate stay surrounded by nature, we highly recommend it. We'd absolutely stay here again!

This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front.
