We had a couple issues with the rooms, but the staff took immediate care of the problems. We liked the proximity to activities and venues. We had a great few days there!!

The hotel initially seemed clean and well maintained, but unfortunately, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Seeing a cockroach completely ruined my experience and honestly affected my entire day. I also noticed that the blankets seemed to have a strong perfume smell, which made me question whether they had been properly changed between guests. The staff was polite and the service was average, but unfortunately, the cleanliness issue was a major disappointment. I believe the hotel needs to pay much more attention to pest control and the proper cleaning and changing of bedding.

Everything was adequate, but nothing special. Didn't get the room we booked, which was placed 6 months in advance, breakfast left a lot to be desired. And next time we book we will make sure it is not pet-friendly. Hotel and room were clean overall, did what we needed it to do but did not wow.
