Property had the worst water pressure. Could hardly rinse the soap from your body. Hard not to slip in the shower because the water was so slow coming out of the shower head. Other than that it was ok.

Berlin Heritage Inn
The room was clean and fairly updated. The bathroom was roomy and brightly lit. The parking lot was easy to enter and exit with a traffic light right there. Desk attendants could have been friendlier.

Berlin Resort
Everything was good other than smelling cigarette smoke outside of our room. This is suppose to to be a smoke free resort. So we were very disappointed with that. I have migraines and the smoke triggered it for me to have a migraine. 😥

Beds were very stiff. Brown water filled the hot tub. Two people in the room with only one regular coffee to be made in the morning. Ice maker outside room very noisy. Refrigerator in room just as loud as icebox. Walls very thin, adjacent rooms loud. Breakfast was very good
