It was extremely difficult to manage the inclines around the Hotel grounds, as i was supporting my Mum, who is 89 years of age with terminal cancer. When i confirmed the room a week before we arrived i asked if my mum could have a room close to the main reception area, which i was told would be the case, however on arrival, we were placed down the road. You did supply my Mum with the use of your golf buggy, however on the day of the wedding, my Mum walking them few steps was heartbreaking to observe. You shouldn't promise something that you cannot deliver.

Great property and location

Excellent hotel, lovely decoration, comfy rooms. Downside was that one of the lifts was out of order but no problem to use stairs.
