All aspects of the hotel are amazing, can't wait to stay again, Hideaway was so good,bed was so comfy.

Great space but shame about cleanliness and lack of smart TV was disappointing. Reasonable location.

Standard room had everything you’d need for a short stay. Wouldn’t say the bathrooms are particularly well designed but did the job for 1 night. Only disappointing thing was that check in took an exceptionally long time. Only 2 members of staff to book people in, and the process was very long in comparison to other hotels. Otherwise a good value for money hotel

Fantastic stay at the refurbished Mere now part of Fairmont. Exceptional service and great relaxing afternoon in the spa. Particular mention to Harry on reception and Adrian concierge, just you both fabulous and made us must welcome, 5* service from you both.

Good accommodation . Found the check in procedure not very user friendly to non techies!! Also applies to TV .. we couldn’t fathom how it works. However the owner DID respond to our problems personally after we had contacted hotels. com Teething troubles … but a very good accommodation and and value for money

Beautiful in the foyer and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The executive room was a really good size. The hotel is centrally located and plenty of places to eat and drink in Manchester.

Very loud on the side closest to the bar which doesn’t finish until midnight.
