"Very close to the imperial palace."
Nice business hotel, more for business people than tourists though. Location, very close to the imperial palace but on the other side of the park from tokyo station so you have a 3km walk to tokyo station, and a long journey to most of the touristy places, so not the best location for tourists. Room was clean and comfortable enough, but on the first night our air conditioner was really noisy so it was difficult to sleep. All in all a very decent hotel. The big plus for me was the following: In tokyo foreign tourists by law have to show their passport at hotel checkin. However, if you are non-japanese but are resident in japan(eg you live in japan), by law you are not required to show passport or photo id at hotel checkin(just like japanese nationals). Many hotels see a foreign face and insist you show your passport, even if you have a japanese address. The diamond hotel didnt do this, I told them i was a resident of japan, wrote my address and they were happy with that. So they have very well trained reception staff. Well done the diamond hotel.

"Very nice hotel close to imperial palace, subway. "
We stayed for three days from 25 th june to 28th with children. Hotel was very good. Concierge staff was very helpful. But on monday (26th, first morning) morning, while we are proceeding to the ground floor restaurant, my children (11 ys and 4 ys old) try to rush through the gate unknowingly as they are unaware of the hotel policies. I came after them with breakfast coupons. The staff who stood at the entrance to check coupons before handover meal plates shouted at them and the children just took back astonishingly!

"Close to train station, very well kept"
Anyone travelling to Tokyo should be prepared for small rooms. That being said, Tokyo Green Palace has very nice rooms and a friendly staff, most of whom speak English very well.

"The b Akasaka-Mitsuke Hotel "
Great location: near shops, restaurants, and subway station. One street away from the Airport Limousine bus stop. Easy check-in and check-out: we were able to leave our luggage at the reception area both on arrival and upon leaving (as our outbound flight was much later in the evening) Included beakfast served in adjacent restaurant: menu with photos offered several choices. Our first day, we chose what we thought was a bowl of porridge with a side dish of fruit, yogourt, toast and coffee - we were served fish soup with a small salad, yogourt, toast and coffee. It was surprisingly good - however, the following mornings we looked more closely at the photos... This restaurant was opened until evening, offering a good choice of sandwiches, desserts. Room ''likes'': though located on the front of the hotel, facing the street, room was very quiet. Great amenities (slippers, face cloths, hair brush, toothbrush, razor). Japanese toilet with all the bells and whistles! Though room was small (as expected) there was a large closet and enough room under the bed to put away our suitcases. WIFI speed was excellent. Room ''dislike'': no in-room safe. There is a safe at the front desk, however. Would not hesitate returning to this hotel.

"The Capitol Tokyu Hotel has an excellent location!"
My 14 year old daughter and I had a remarkable experience in Tokyo and the Capitol hotel made this possible as its location, staff, amenities and options are world class - I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to experience Japan, including visiting the fish market, Ginza, Akiba, Tokyo Sky Tower, Shibuya and other great sites accessible via subway.

"Luxury in the heart of Toyko"
We stayed here for a 10th anniversary and were beyond impressed with all the special little touches the Executive House provided-- private check-in, happy hour with top quality drinks and views, pajamas to sleep in, bath oils for taking a relaxing bath. The space was luxe and the staff were beyond attentive. If we're ever back in Tokyo, we will be staying here again for sure!!
