The hotel was ok, there was on going construction while we stayed here so but we knew what we were getting into and probably why price was cheap. The vending machines were pretty lacking and we had to go outside and get drinks from the vending machine outside the hotel.

Well-run clean hotel, near to the Tokyo Tower and TeamLab. Easy access via the Roppangi-itchome Station, right out front. Some fairly good restaurants nearby. And the neighborhood was quiet for our visit. We were confused by the lights, though that may have more to do with jet lag than any design issue. We thought the rooms could use outlets closer to the beds. Very minor concerns really. The shower was terrific and the air conditioning worked very well.

A fair priced hotel in an expensive City. We stayed here as we were visiting a friend in the neighbourhood - but right outside the front door is a Metro station and you are easy walking to Roppongi district and Tokyo Tower. Room was comfortable, we stayed in a 30 sqm twin room. The hotel is a little older and lacks amenities like eating & bar areas, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep & shower this is one I'd recommend.

Hotel is very convenient, located right next to the metro station. Rooms are reasonable size for Tokyo and comfortable. The lobby coffee machine is a nice touch. Breakfast is basic and not really worth paying for. There are plenty of good places to go. One surprise is you need to ask them to clean the room, otherwise they don’t make the sheets!

This is in a more business section of Tokyo, lots of business travelers in this hotel, many meetings happening in the lobby. The hotel lobby is spacious, bright, and welcoming. The rooms were standard "small" size, but clean. The laundry room needed to be cleaned, it was subpar standard, couldn't find even a trash can to throw away stuff. The breakfast room is in the bistro restaurant, so the set up was more cramped and while the selection was good, food was often running out and needed to be filled quickly. The staff seemed stressed. Access to metro is right outside the front door, and there's shopping in the underground area.

I liked my first stay so much I stayed there again on my next trip. The best thing about the hotel is Izumi Garden and the subway station. They cater to the office workers and thus dining and transportation are extremely convenient. Fukushimaya Supermarket was the icing on the cake. They had fresh sushi everyday that was better quality than most restaurants. I would stay there again for a third time.
