Great property, great location, safe, beautiful, a little small but worked, we ended up not using the upper loft part instead used the couch bed. Upper part more for like children able to climb up and down the ladder or thin adults. Definitely recommend. Will most definitely will stay again on another visit. Lots of shops, food options, bars near by. Easy access to taxis.

I love the pool

The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms and only gave me 3. Refuse to refund me . We requested lower levels or at least all In the same floor as we were traveling as a family ,we got them 1 in the 5th floor 3rd floor and second floor. At check out said they never took a deposit and they had taken $480 but couldn’t find it . Literally every part of the stay was terrible . They said they didn’t have valet parking but the guy outside said if we pay tune $500 pesos that he can tell receptionist to give it to us and then paid $30 each car for valet . I been staying at this hotel plenty of times in the past . Absolutely will never stay here again. Not sure how it changed so much in 1 month since our last stay was in early June of this year and in July it’s totally changed. Never never never again!!!!

Muy buena atención del personal en todas las áreas, la habitación de muy buen tamaño, cuenta con refrigerador/congelador de aprox 16 pies Estufa eléctrica, microondas y zinc. Buenos colchones y baño limpio, al igual que la habitación y el clóset Lo recomiendo.

Bonito lugar Muy limpio todo. Perfecto para la familia y para cualquier persona que quiere disfrutar un buen fin de semana. La playa muy cerquitas. Nos encantó. Recomendado.100%.

First of all front desk make me feel less important because I booked thru Expedia, they tried to charge me a balance at front desk, I had to show them the what I pay thru Expedia my balance they made me wait almost 30 minutes to fix that issue, another thing, the elevator was not working, I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath sea view for a reason for 4 days, since elevator was not working they were expecting us to used the stairs, lol i thought they were going to relocate us to another building but they end up giving us a room on the first floor, and front desk told me that they were making us a favor because that was not their responsibility to give us another room because we booked thru Expedia, the lounge chairs was a garbage honestly, if i could upload a picture i would, all ripped off, I took a picture and went to front desk and told them to replace it the just told me they couldn’t do anything because we booked thru Expedia honestly las Paloma resort is not a good place to spend to hard earn money, from desk did not help at all their costumer service is very poor will never go back to that resort, I also get the breakfast package lol as soon as I hand over the ticket at the restaurant, their face expression was like this people don’t have money hahaha and did not give us a good service that really sucks, I hope Expedia can do something about this because also when I call Expedia to complain, Expedia try to contact them and they not a

Nice and comfy place. Staff very kind and professional.

The only complaint is the AC had a lot of noise, never stop. And the room didn’t smell good, when we entered.
