Clean. Smelled so fantastic, so fresh and clean. Rooms are industrial- I enjoyed the vibe for sure. And the bar was fantastic, had some yummy choices to pick from- food and drinks. Will 100% stay again. Also, staff was so friendly and genuine. Had a wonderful time.

The room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and it was right across the street from the entrance of the spectrum center. 30.00 parking fee, and the bed was hard as a rock. The free breakfast was great.

The front desk staff was amazing. It's nice to get world class customer service these days. We were snowed in, so we didn't get to enjoy the uptown, however it was nice and cozy indoors. The common area in the lobby was fun.
