Dirty room with roaches. I had to change rooms at 3 am with my 2 month old who was sleeping peacefully!!! If I didn’t have a 2 hour drive back home I would leave right now at 3:11am! Roaches were in the bed coming from the headboard! I don’t recommend this place spend the extra money! Stay somewhere else!

Woke up to the sound of vacuuming in the hallway @9am. I had to do not disturb sign on door and housekeeping still knocked. One of my bathroom towels had a stain on it. The light fixtures in the room were very dusty and the headboard really needed a good wipe down.

The room serive food is not good at all. There was no flavor or something. Then we didnt get utensils with it. The indoor pool is VERY disappointing. It is connected to the outside pool but it was very cold. Too cold for anyone to swim defeating the purpose of an indoor pool.

The carpet had multiple stains along with the furniture in the room. There were splatter stains on the wall of a reddish color. The housekeeper left the toilet paper wrapping on the side of the bed. There was only one front desk agent, who I did not get her name, but helped me when I purchased dog items. Otherwise everyone else had a horrible attitude and seemed annoyed we were there. I understand it was busy due to the home football game but that shouldn’t matter. My husband and myself have past work histories of being front desk agents in Charlotte and the behavior shown by these employees would never have been allowed. We also had it clearly boated when we booked the room we had 2 service dogs and at check-in the woman was rude and claimed it wasn’t notated. If the property got a complete over haul remodel in rooms and staff training, we might be back. The state that it currently is in? No, we will not be back.
