Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel
Excellent staff, great room. The onsite restaurant has a great menu and service. The pool is a good size, our only complaint is that the hot tub was out of service. The lobby coffee machine with the various options is such a treat! Loved the staff from check in to check out.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waterloo - St Jacobs by IHG
The only 2 things are that the shower pressure was low and water lukewarm. And when we were eating breakfast between 9:30 and 10am, they had someone vacuuming the eating area. They could have waited until the breakfast time was over at 10am to vacuum.

Amazing experience! The room was super clean and the two king beds were a game-changer for our family trip. The staff members are hardworking, friendly, and well-presented. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during my stay. 10/10 would recommend!

The Parlour Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Patking was easy and free. The hotel is located in the downtown area, so we could walk to almost anything. It looks like it has been recently renovated, and they did a great job. Our bed was clean and comfortable and the whirlpool was fantastic. We will be back!
