Excellent hotel! We were pleasantly surprised. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Will definitely recommend!

Residence bien située, les appartements sont correct par contre on ressent bien que c est tres vieillissant et pas tres bien entretenu. Le menage est complètement a revoir.Dommage... L equipe est reactif si probleme , ca remonte un peu la note.

Helpful staff, nice room. Pool and hot tub was always too busy, some people just hogged the tub for hours without consideration BUT the pool was a bonus not an essential.

We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no toilet paper, etc). We asked the front desk and they gave us a half roll. - Sheets and towels were provided in a big bag so we had to make all the beds (which I realized later during our trip seems to be a european thing...)

Great location and the room I had was large and modern by French standards. Air conditioning was good. Issue here is the too common indifference, at best, or customer resentment, at worst, too common in French “hospitality” locations. The staff here are doing a disservice to the owners. I had a second night which I could have booked here, but booked the ONVY instead. Night and day difference. The staff at the ONVY could not have been more helpful…from a free breakfast to getting my room available before the official check in time…in stark contrast to this place, where my room was miraculously available at exactly 3 pm but not a minute before. Shameful
