The location could not have been more perfect and the room was exceptionally large for Europe!

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

Beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff and comfortable beds. We stayed in the family suite and the 2 sofa beds for the kids were also very comfortable.

This hotel is a true representation of a 5 star hotel. The location, staff, delicious food and a gorgeous room overlooking the beach with private access was everything on our wish list.

The property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and tourist spots. The property is clean, well maintained and is safe. The online staff is helpful and responded quickly to my inquiries. I highly recommend this property primarily due to its location.

Lovely hotel. Helpful friendly staff, nice rooms and communal areas. A range of options at breakfast. However the restaurant was disappointing and overpriced, particularly as it states they ‘Pride themselves on their vegetarian menu’. There was only 1 vegetarian option a creamed Artichoke soup.
