The room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets and there were ceiling patches that were not done. The towels had stains on them. The bathroom door was broken. Over all I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Staff was very friendly . The rooms had plenty of towels all in all we enjoyed our stay very much also the breakfast had a variety of.

Water pressure & a/c were fabulous. Breakfast was good. Wanted to use the pool but it wasn't open when it was supposed to be & no one was at desk to ask for it to be unlocked.

It's okay for the money. It's a low-cost option in Duncan. Bring your own towels as the ones provided are about the size of a bandana. The toilet paper feels like newsprint. But, for a no-frills basic stay, it's okay. You get what you pay for. The staff was helpful and responsive.
