Clean room

Having travelled to many states and stayed in many franchise hotels, this stay at AmericInn by Wyndham in Merrill, WI was the most enjoyable stay we have had in a long time. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and tastefully done. For what a person pays for now, it was nice to actually have a room that met those expectations and left you feeling that you weren't ripped off. Thank you for the updated, comfortable and pleasant stay.

The pull out couch had blood on the sheets and the blankets. Trued calling front desk to let them know and the response i got was "what do you want me to do about it". 1st off clean it or do something, those are literally bodily fluids. Again my response " ill see if house keeping is still here". Never offered a different room, never apologized or anything. Talk about unhygienic. I usually never leave a bad review at places but those responses were far from customer friendly.

Liked everything. The bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom was outdated and had some mildew issues. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was wonderful.

My stay at the Best Western in Wausau was excellent. My room was well kept and very clean. I appreciate not having to remember to buy my own hair dryer, soap, shampoo or conditioner since they are all provided. The continental breakfast was also excellent. Everything from danishes, eggs, cereal, waffles, and fruit to coffee, juice, and milk are provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The parking area was relatively clean but could use a little clean up. I would definitely stay here again when I am in town.

Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Rooms was nice, full fridge, stocked kitchen area. Halls clean. Pool area was clean.
