The lobby was under construction. There was a leak that took 3 days out of 5 days for them to fix properly. The entrance to our unit had puddles of water on the floor for the first 3 days straight and kept contacting from desk 5 times before it was fixed proper. Never offered a different room. Tried having breakfast at hotel but it was not included or a percentage off because we stayed in the hotel and was way over priced at 381 pesos per person when lots of restaurants nearby had amazing breakfast for under 200 pesos.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, me gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina climatizada, el sendero, la cascada, el área para fogata, el restaurante, no me gustó que no hubiera opcion para desayuno a la carta el domingo, unicamente buffet, a veces no todos los comensales tienen tanto apetito seria bueno dieran la opción a elegir, no hay cafetera disponible en la habitación, aunque se puede pedir el servicio de café a la habitación con costo, la habitación es fría pero las cobijas adicionales son muy calientitas, además se puede solicitar encender la chimenea de alcohol o utilizar el calentador eléctrico disponible en la habitación, el personal atento y amable, en general todo muy bien, 100% recomendable, buen lugar para disfrutar, descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Very good breakfast. Very close to museums and all the City highlights.

The building and apartment were clean and updated. There is a 24/7 doorman daily who was available at the door every day! The rooms were clean and updated. The only complaint I have is the pictures give you the impression you have a balcony with a view. Each room has a beautiful balcony with plants. However, they face another building on both sides, I was thinking the view would be of the park or city streets. Not the building's fault but there is construction on the right side of the facility; noisy construction all day. So if you wanted a nap during the day it is noisy. However, the location is wonderful! The dog park across the street is amazing. The walk anywhere from the building is easy and beautiful. I will stay there again!

It is an incredible place gives you the illusion you are inside the titanic vibes. Hotel is beautiful, the staff super nice and always helpful. Very safe areas to walk centrally located to walk to most shopping and restaurants.
