Nice staffs, very helpful. Manager was polite and friendly. Had a good time. Yes, will use their service again if I'm around that area. Biz Ghoorun

The location is excellent and the staff were extremely helpful from check in through our departure

We enjoyed our stay, but the hotel def. needs a little TLC.

Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price.

Clean room

The room was clean and staff was helpful. The service and amenities are good enough for the price
