"Great hotel close to beach and clean."
I have been taking my wife and grandson to Ocean Drive Beach and Golf Resort for three years and we always look forward for another stay the next year. My grandson is nine and will not stay any other place. This hotel is clean in a great location and the staff couldn't be more courteous and helpful.

"Nice Hotel with great beach access"
Hotel overall was great. Staff was a little fussy when we first arrived, but quickly warmed up once we spoke politely to them. The bathroom time was very dirty, so we cleaned it. The size of the room was very good. Room service was very good and very nice as well. Be aware if you have a lifted truck, the parking deck is only 6'8". They do have overflow parking for this, but it is outside. Overall we enjoyed the trip and the hotel very much.

"Amazing price and comfort!"
Obviously doesn't have all bells and whistles of a fancy hotel, but my goodness, I paid $45 and it was gorgeous on the inside! Clean, comfortable sheets, bathroom was spotless, and salon-grade shampoo bottle samples were provided! It's really close to a lot of activities too, and I highly recommend!

"Perfect Myrtle Beach Resort Option! "
My family traveled to Myrtle Beach for four days and had an absolutely amazing time! This resort fit us perfectly and had everything that we needed. We stayed in a 3 bdrm suite. The rooms were large with separation for 'quiet time.' There is a pool and hot tub on site. The marina is wonderful and so is the Tikki Bar. The views are peaceful and really relaxing. This is a quiet resort - perfect for a family getaway or a romantic occasion. The amenities inside of the suite are just wonderful (full kitchen, plenty of seating, washer/dryer, HUGE tub in the master bedroom with private access to the balcony). Staff was so helpful and friendly. There are free DVD rentals which the kids loved! Only downside was the information provided to us by the staff regarding our privileges card, which is given to you at check-in. This card was said to offer us free tickets to a variety of attractions at Myrtle Beach for our family. However, when we went to check one of them out, we learned it is only redeemable for one individual. Being that we are a family of six, it was a disappointment. Other than that, great stay! Check out Broadway at the Beach if you visit. Also, located in the heart of just about anything. Only a short drive up to the beach and plenty of free parking. :)

"The hotel was nice and in a great location"
The Prince Resort was in a very quiet section of North Myrtle Beach, the rooms were decent and well priced. The resort was quiet and the only issues were inconsistent housekeeping and the on site restaurant was only open for breakfast, no lunch, and then only Friday & Saturday nights with limited offerings for dinner. There was nothing close by that you could walk to other than a beachfront cafe which was below average and loud. No shopping was nearby either. The hotel staff was very nice but housekeeping was pretty hit and miss, I would stay there again, but if I could find something in that area that had a bit more to offer, I would go elsewhere.

Good family spot. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. This is a mid-range hotel, closer to the economy side, so the facilities are not high-end, but it is a perfectly good place to stay.

Longs is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Longs, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Longs hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
