I love staying here the staff is wonderful

Very clean, safe, spacious hotel with staff/team members that are happy to help and very nice.

Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place to stay for vacation!

We were traveling in a group and we found bed bugs in our room on the 2nd floor and our family found bed bugs in their room on the 9th floor. We did receive a refund after a long complicated process. Some of the staff were rude when we approached them with the issue and laughed in our face and asked why we didn’t see this issue before like it was normal to have bed bugs. The women told us we could not have a full refund at first. Then we asked for an incident report and had the night manger come out and he took the issue seriously. He is the only reason we got the refund.

I love the stay everything was Awesome!!!!!
