My stay was good. The rooms just need maintenance. Air vents had black mold, shower drain had an impure smell when the shower was being used. The Reflections restaurant had some very nasty, undone buffalo wings. Waterscapes restaurant has some of the best food at Myrtle. Overall good stay. Quiet, secluded, away from the noise. Secluded beach is a plus. I enjoyed every bit of it.

Normally this hotel is a great place to stay, but not this time. The 2 bedroom suite I had was Not a good room. The furniture was soiled, the carpet was buckling, the shower in the 2nd bathroom didn’t drain properly, the TV in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. I could go on and on…

Situated in a good spot. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area is amazing. We enjoyed the restaurant (Waterscapes) and the beauty of the building itself. The only downside was the front desk staff were professionally polite but not genuinely nice and we were ignored on Sunday at the Starbucks station as the one employee (who was on his phone with his earbuds in) never acknowledged us while making someone else's order. After several minutes waiting while standing at the bar - we just left and went to a local coffee shop on our way out of town. It's a shame the only imperfection was our interactions with two employees. Everyone else was genuine and nice.

This property was lovely. It has an old-time beauty that has largely been forgotten in today's architecture and design in favor of efficiency. The room was great, but they could use refreshing on some of the wooden tables etc. Overall, I would look forward to staying here again.

We have been going here 30 years. Loved it in past. Hotel has gotten run down and dirty. Tub had dirt in it when we checked in. Sink and shower were not working properly. Tried to call front desk and no one was available to assist. Kids are not allowed to jump in pool any longer so kids do not want to go there in future. Will find a new place to stay in future

We have been staying here quite a few times. First off we noticed the dated appearance. Not run down but a much needed upgrade! Starbucks pop-up at the night bar? Weird! Rooms are spacious however outdoor pool NOT! Overall still a good value and very quiet.

Amazing property! AirBNB family experience with the large living room, lots of seating, and full kitchen with hotel cleanliness standards and amenities! We were overjoyed with our stay. Far exceeded our expectations. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas and the best, friendliest shuttle driver made the trip even better! The afternoon rain showers allowed us more time to fully enjoy the property, pools, and the views! We’ll be back! Next week is not too soon!
