Wouldn't go back

Nasty damp smell in hallway leading to room, key cards did not work, had to go back for new ones, A/C in room sounded like a lawnmower running and it came on every 10-15 minutes, both bed mattresses were hanging off the foundation and had to fix them. Handicap handle in center of tub was not anchored at the bottom, tub drained very slow, you were standing in water most of the shower. There was some kind of powder all over the floor around the beds, had to wear shoes all the time. Called the desk to get someone to mop the floor, that wasn't done until late the next day. Lord knows what we were breathing in. and the very best part about the stay was the Tiki bar by the pool had bands playing at club volume until 11:00 at night.

Wonderful stay

Seen a lot of mixed reviews so here is another to add. This is an older facility but what a location. The bar downstairs is full of excitement, band outside at the tiki, easy access parking garage and friendly staff. There is carpet in the halways and since this is on the beach it is what is expected. The rool didnt have carpet so that was great. Me and wife will be back, loved it seem to cater more to our age and not the 21 yr olds!

3 Nights. Best Friend and I loved the convenience of everything we needed under one roof. Great Food. Awesome Bands at Ocean Annies, quick elevators and short flat walk to the ocean. Wonderful. 2nd time renting there. We loved it.

The resort is located right on the beach. There is a great beach bar on the property with excellent live music! Our room had an ocean view with a balcony. However, when we arrived we noticed a horrible stench and water was seeping on the floor. We called the front desk and maintenance arrived quickly. They dried it up and left the industrial fan to make sure it was dry. When we woke up on our first morning the toilet was overflowing with yuck. We called again and maintenance came quickly. Also the room next to us had water?????coming out of their room and that was what caused the water from the previous day in our room. It was disgusting. We were without a bathroom for the entire day. For four days we had an industrial fan and a dehumidifier in our unit.

The property it's nice on the outside, but the rooms are outdated. Frigerator had a roach in it, if you see one, there is more it needs to be replaced, very old. Bathtubs are not clean at all. Looks as if dirt is set in need to be soaked in bleached. Or replaced,

If a hotel could be a Catfish, this would be it. We booked this hotel because of location and because the website looked as though the hotel was amazing with many amenities. We drive 6 hours and paid over $500 to arrive at this dump. We arrived at 2pm instead of 4pm but the desk staff informed us that our room was in fact ready and that we could check in early and that was great. We got to the room and the cleaning staff was still on the floor and a lady informed us that she had just sprayed bleach on the door handle…ok…we proceed carefully and cautiously as to not bleach our closets and luggage only to enter what can only be described as a dope hole. The room was atrocious. It was filthy and raggedy and the parts of the bed didn’t connect to each other. I found a hypodermic needle cap and a hiding hole with what I assume was a forgotten bottle of dope. This room has definitely at one time or other been used to get high. I returned to the desk and the desk clerk was quite dismissive and told me that if I had a cleanliness issue, housekeeping could go back and the units are privately owned…no sir…I will not stay in the trap…let me show you pictures of where you all tried to put me…his response, oh, let me see where else we can put you. Long story short, he gave us a second room that wasn’t quite as bad as the first but still horrible. I declined to accept that one as well and he sent us to a 3rd unit…there’s not enough space for me to finish everything that was wrong.
