Overall stay wasnt bad. Walls are quite thin so we heard everything the people on the neighboribg rooms were doing especially television and just talking. So loud we felt apart of their conversation. Parking situation is a bit odd having to park in the city lot. We booked a queen bed room and got a double after we asked the reason we were not given a reason.... Lastly not the properties fault but a lot of homeless and drug use out front and around the corner of property . Staff were lovely and helpful where they could be, rooms were very clean and comfy and cozy.

Fantastic accommodations

So lovely! We looked out onto a field with apple trees and chickens! Excellent communication and support in days leading up to our stay. We will be back!

I visit Victoria quite a bit and have stayed at many hotels around town, but I can truly say that the Oswego is unique in that it truly feels like a home rather than a place to stay. I loved the fact that they give you your choice of freshly ground coffee when you check in, and up at the room you can choose between a French press, a Chemex, or a drip coffee maker to prepare your morning brew. My teenaged daughter and I shared a two bedroom suite and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax between the bedrooms, the lounge, patio, and fully-equipped kitchen. I actually loved the space. I thought the parking with easy in-out access was great and there was a station for the new Victoria electric bike service just up the street. We really had a great time, and I really recommend the Oswego as a change of pace from the traditional hotels around the inner harbour.

The hotel is not bad. The room we stayed in (103) needs some renovation - furniture, walls, ceiling… And besides it’s on the first floor - noises from the street and rooms below. The plumbing is very noisy too (old system, probably). Staff polite and friendly. Breakfast is okay/good.

Disappointing all around service very mid.property very tired and smells a bit like sewer.
