Great property. Amazing rooms and pool. Only complaint was a small ant problem in the ground floor rooms and no regular housekeeping. If trash were emptied each day that would probably help. Also better communication on amenities like morning coffee would be nice. Would stay again.

We were under the impression that the whole property was recently renovated so we expected great comfort. The shower only had one wall dividing the outside and inside, and no door or curtain to close, therefore, water got out every time we showered. The pillows were awful and the place was not the cleanest. Hair and a strangers bottle cap on the floor (the day we checked into the room). You are not allowed to smoke anywhere on the property or near. You'd have to walk down the block for a smoke. No microwave. Not family friendly. They have a restaurant that accommodates mostly adults. Staff is ok but not great hospitality. Housekeeping forgot to leave soap or take out trash even though we requested it beforehand. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4. We thought it was going to be an upscale hotel because they claim to be over 4 stars. It was definitely not. We will not stay here again nor recommend.

We loved the amazing view of the ocean and our room was beautiful . Dinner at the Vaga restaurant was excellent. What was terrible was the lack of quality of service everywhere else at the hotel.

We’ve been going to Paradise Point for about 40 years (since it was Vacation Village)! It has never let us down. The staff are the best thing about this place-they are exceptional and very helpful. We love the pools and the access to the bay. Of course, the price is up there but comparable to other beaches resorts. We especially like the access to drink and food at the main pool-it makes for a great day of swimming, sun and fun!
