Lake Rotoma Vacation Packages

Those at the front desk weren’t very welcoming and talked among themselves while standing there being unacknowledged. One of our biggest reasons for booking here was the heated swimming pool, however it wasn’t heated but very cold. The coffee from barista in breakfast room was terrible and very expensive. Car parking was across the street but poorly labelled so hard to find in the dark. The room had very little amenities but beds were comfortable. We would not stay here again.

An Unforgettable Stay at On The Point – Lake Rotorua We had such an amazing time at On The Point, even though our stay was far too short! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so personal and intimate, it truly felt like we were receiving one-on-one care. And the animals! ❤️ They were honestly one of the highlights of our entire stay. The miniature horses, donkeys, and sheep were absolutely lovely. I genuinely wanted to cry when we were leaving, and I missed them almost immediately! I could have happily stayed there just to spend my days with them. A very special shout-out to Nicky, who took such wonderful care of us. The breakfasts were delicious, and she made us the BEST coffee every morning. You can really tell how much she cares about her guests and making sure they feel at home. Also, a special thank you to "Sairy" (I really hope I spelled her name correctly or at least got close! 😊), who looked after us during our beautiful, intimate dinner. She made the evening feel even more special. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking 360-degree views everywhere you look. Peaceful, beautiful, personal, and unforgettable. Come stay here, you will NOT regret it. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. ❤️ We will definitely be back!

Excellent service, the staff were so friendly and helpful - special call out to Ivy who checked us in and was always on hand to help us with anything, thanks Ivy !!! Great location right on the lake and stunning views, would highly recommend !
