Hotel Duomo
The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again.

Palazzo Piccolomini
Very clean and convenient, nice that it was past the main part of town opposite side of city from vernacular which made it quiet but close. ( there is a nearby shuttle, or a 15 minute walk with bags…). The hotel gives you a feel that you are staying in a room of a castle.

This is a fortress as the name of the hotel implies. The rooms are in the Fortress Orsini. There is a parking lot that's about a 3-5 minute walk to the hotel (depending on how close to the hotel you park) but beware of maps on the iPhone.
