I have been in more than 10 luxury hotels in Antalya and I can tell you that Swandor Topkapi is something different, it is an experience not just a hotel. Here, everything is perfect and well thought out even in the smallest details. The cleanliness, staff, food, rooms, entertainment, restaurant, bars, beach, gardens, areas etc… are all 10/10 and everything is well organized. This palace is totally renovated and the rooms are new and contain everything you need. The rooms are equipped even with scent diffusers, mosquito repellent and shampoo’s in my room are from aqua di parma and blvgari. In the open buffet restaurant (included in price) you can find sushi, wild caught fish and premium meat (ribeye etc…) grilled on charcoals, which amazed me. Alcoholic beverages are from imported companies and are included in all inclusive concept. Staff are all nice, helpful, humble and always smiling and willing to help you for everything you need. Their service is top noch in every aspect. Starbucks coffee shop is available and included in the price. There are a lot of activities going on all around the hotel and plenty of entertainment in different areas. Sunbeds are available and easy to find without a problem. The new pier is giant and you can find there dj during sunset and live music during evening. Thank you Swandor, I would defenitely come back again 😍

The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.

Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gardens. Layout was excellent and despite being a large hotel there was plenty of space. The food was great and the dessert selection amazing. Staff were lovely.

Every thing is perfect except the food is repetitive and few items unlike other resorts

Nice hotel, good food, but a lot of attractions out of services the fast pass is not worth it as the queue goes very slowly. A nice experience overall

One of the best places for summer holidays

Overall, Kirman is a very nice property and is very well maintained. The hotel is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The strongest point for us was the food in the main buffet restaurant. The selection and quality were very good, with BBQ, steaks, salmon, shrimp, traditional Turkish dishes, and many other choices. There was truly something for everyone. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, although I think some of the shows could be improved. You should be aware of is the à la carte restaurant policy. If you stay fewer than four nights, complimentary access is not included. We were told we could still make a reservation for an additional €15 per person, which I agreed to pay for our group. However, when I went to make the reservation, I was told there was no availability until well after our departure. After I brought the issue to management’s attention, they handled it professionally. Since we had two rooms, they were able to arrange a reservation for us at one of their à la carte restaurants and kindly offered it complimentary for all five of us. I appreciated that management listened to the concern and found a solution rather than simply leaving us without an option. Overall, good experience. property is beautiful and well maintained, the main restaurant offers excellent food and variety, and management made a genuine effort to resolve our concern. Summary : Need improvement to the some entertainment and the à la cart reservation system
