"Good hotel , great location."
Thye room was larger than in the b hotel in Kyoto. Staff are keeping it very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. And the heated toilet seats that rose automaticallly were cosy and entertaining. We enjoyed the hotel and would come again if back in Kobe. The one remaining lesser note was a real shortage of shelves and drawers to store clothing that does not hang like underwear, socks etc.

hotel is excellently located, next to sanomiya station and a short walk to downtown or to many acclaimed restaurants. Internet provided is very fast. Rooms were a bit small but that did not concern me.

"Excellent Service"
The hotel is located between Sannomiya, downtown Kobe, and Shin-kobe bullet train station. It is about 5-10 min. walk from either station. It is not a huge hotel, but the qualities of food and service are superb. There are always enough staff members at the front desk and elevator area, and they are ready to help you immediately. When the front desk is busy, coffee shop employee came to me and helped me out. This restaurant is very famous for its quality breakfast. Actually it is more than just a breakfast with a great selection of entrees, soups, and salads. Again, there are many people working there and constantly helping customers and making sure there is enough food and the place is kept clean. The room is not huge but is a good size. I would have liked this place more if there was a restaurant that serves Japanese food. I know this place is famous for French and sweets, but I don't want heavy breakfast everyday. There are many small nice things about the hotel too. If you tell the hotel to skip cleaning your room for a day, they will give you a voucher for a jar of their famous jam which comes in many different flavors. They offer free coffee until 10 a.m. as well as small cup of herb tea. The room has nice amenities such as humidifier, free bottle of water, etc. While this place is somewhat locationally challenged, I would stay here again happily.

Location was fine and staff were nice/professional. Just a little dated and worn out. Would stay again, simply because of the price.

This hotel is situated in walking distance to the high end shopping and also close to the malls and major department stores. The harbor walks are also very close as the museums and other city educational centers. The hotel is immaculate. The room has everything you want and everything works well. Has great breakfast, lunch and dinner available. Staff were also great.

"Over the top. "
When the bellman opened the door I was speechless. I had to look at my reservation to calm my fears that I had booked a $2000/night room and not a $200/night room. The size, the furniture quality, the amenities, the dressing room, the slippers, the Japanese shower and tub... on and on. Everything was first class and such a lovely place to spend a few days. I hope I can return one day.

"Nice hotel next to bus stop"
Everything is good. However i paid extra guest fee for my 4 years old daughter when booking, but when arrived, nothing was prepared for this extra guest, like no cup, tatami... Even the cloth (yukata) also need to pay for her at the hotel. The size of my room is capable for 5 adult, I just wonder why I need to pay the extra guest fee when booking? Seems no different.

Kobe is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Kobe, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Kobe hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
