The room was decently spacious for Japanese standards & we looooved the bathroom. It was essentially a wet room with a giant tub which was much appreciated after all of our walking. We do wish the laundry room had more machines though since there was quite a bit of a wait even though we got there as soon as it opened. The location was great and the staff were all very friendly. Check in/out was super easy and digital.

One of the best part about this property, is it’s location and transportation! What it lacks are some of its amenities such as toiletries including nobody, body lotion being provided! Staff are generally helpful, but we’re lying too heavily on kiosk to do it checked in and checked out, but that could be because of their culture in attempting to automate me everything!

We did not have the breakfast, wish the airport limousine/shuttle stopped in front of the hotel. Even if the pickup area was a block away, it was raining the day we left so we got wet along with the luggage. Otherwise convenient location and friendly staff and amenities.

We are repeat guests at the hotel. It’s so conveniently located. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are clean. They accommodate you in the best way that they can.
