Excellent location, pleasant lobby, helpful staff and clean well-maintained rooms — but the rooms are very small. There’s barely space for belongings, and our double bed was against one wall so hard to get in or out. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Nice Italian restaurant too.

The hotel is good overall, but the shuttle to KIX is a little disappointed. The shuttle service only up to 8:55am which leads the guest who fly out in the afternoon or evening with no choice! Hope hotel can provide shuttle service all day long even it is hourly after noon!
