Amazing place. The staff were very helpful and most spoke English if you needed, or could translate. The Onsen was lovely. Room was spacious compared to expectations, plenty of room for suitcases and empty space. Very close to Kyoto Station and easy to get suitcases too and from. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The facility was very clean, relaxing, and the food was excellent. The free late night ramen, after onsen icecream and probiotic drinks were great. Also after a long day of walking the massage chairs really were outstanding. Only complaint is not allowing those with large tattoos to use the onsen (aka my hubby, they given you two small 4x6 ish tattoo stickers pp) but I enjoyed the stay very much otherwise! Would stay there again!

Meticulously clean. It locates in the center of kyoto. I wish they sell alcohol I. The vending machines, but it’s ok since I can just go to the convenience stores.

This property was immaculate. Genuinely. The location of the hotel was a 5min walk to the Kyoto station, which had amazing restaurants, views, and shopping. But the prize jewel of this stay, was the incredible onsen.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Amenities were great - the spa was quite large and relaxing, there was free food and snacks/drinks from time to time, and massage chairs really helped after a long day of walking! The breakfast buffet was a really exciting thing to look forward to in the morning! Area around the hotel was quite mundane, but was conveniently close to subway stations and bus stops, which is what I needed.

Cool hotel with great location & lots of amenities

Found this property on TikTok and wanted to experience it myself. Overall I really enjoyed it. Having an onsen in the hotel was a nice touch, especially with the other included amenities. The hotel gets crowded at times, but I never had an issue getting an elevator and didn't have to wait to get breakfast. The location is great and very close to the train station and bus stop. Would highly recommend this place.

Very clean property, staff was friendly and onsen was beautiful! Make sure you follow the rules and you will need to cover your tattoos if you have them. You can get a patch from the front desk.
