It was fine for what we needed. Clean, convenient location nice and close to tram in Piccadilly Gardens. My TV remote didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite mentioning it to reception but apart from that it was fine.

Perfect place for our overnight stay, location is great. Beds were super comfortable, I didn’t want to get up! We had the 2 bedroom option, which gave us some common space but also gave privacy for sleeping and bathrooms. I would definitely stay again.

The room was clean but the hotel was so noisy. It was a Saturday night in Manchester but the sound of the traffic and endless shouting on Portland Street not only Sat night but f Then it started again on the streets from around 730am Sunday. The windows are huge and not soundproof and the curtains do not block out the light well. While a really lovely room with both bath and separate shower in the bathroom in a central location I would not stay again as for the price I can get much better quality in the city centre.

Hotel staff were really nice. Property was dated in terms of bathroom facilities and furniture. Could do with a refresh. That said, it was functionally good.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate. Easy check in and all amenities were clean and modern. Looking to come back again really soon. Great service from the host Sean and security at the front door were all very helpful and kind. Thank you
