While housekeeping has done a good job trying to keep it looking good this property needs a thorough refresh. I only stayed one night and I don’t eat breakfast so I may have missed something worthwhile but I wouldn’t return to this property.

Auburn Place Hotel & Suites - Paducah
Property under Renovation. No first floor rooms. Lobby without carpet or furnishings. Pool closed front entrance was plywood. Signage changed to Spark from Auburn Place which caused confusion.

The 1857
The room was excellent. Much more pleasing than a standard room in a chain motel. The staff was very helpful and made you feel right at home. Very close to shops and restaurants. All in all, a wonderful stay.
