It is very convenient that there is a restaurant in walking distance. Breakfast included is a nice perk. My one complaint is that the sink is outside of the bathroom.

Water pressure wasn’t great and the paint was peeling off of the tub. Those were our only two “problems”, other than that it was a fine stay. The breakfast that is included doesn’t have the eggs, sausage/bacon, and biscuits and gravy like some continental breakfasts do have.

Upon entering the smell of heavy perfume was nauseating and overwhelming. The host was busy with a client when I entered and it was 15 minutes before I was greeted. Not even “I’ll be with you shortly” There were several men hanging out in the parking lot. I was not comfortable so I did not unload my luggage at that time. They were still there 3 hrs later when I went back out. The room was fine. I did not stay for breakfast. I will not be using Quality Inn agaun.

You can tell it’s an old hotel while modernized. The shower head needs replacing because it barely had pressure. So little pressure the water felt cold by the time it touched and it was turned up all the way. There were no protein options at breakfast only the waffle machine, pancake and oatmeal you didn’t have a microwave to heat. Only fruit was a small apple. I understand continental but there wasn’t much. Otherwise it was quiet, felt clean.

It's hard to find a fault with this property for the value. However, two items would make this hotel perfect. First, we were forced to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes with our luggage and loaded luggage cart because the front desk staff said the manager won't allow him to check guests in more than 15 minutes before check-in time of 3 o'clock pm even though the room was ready. Second, breakfast was all sugar and carbohydrate. You could get a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, but you have to pay $3.50 for it.

I'm giving only 2 stars because of one serious issue and that was because at 6:30 a.m. there was not any hot water for a shower. The room was clean, the bed o.k., the t.v. was small but adequate. The freezer portion of the fridge was frosted completely enclosed. But yet no hot shower at 6:30 a.m. I always stay at Choice Hotels because they offer hot breakfast but this hotel's idea of hot breakfast is a waffle maker.

Basic accomodations. Location needs some sprucing up. Breakfast is basic as well. Waffles, toast, yogurt; no meats. Room AC slightly loud but working.

There are other accommodations in the area and I would definitely try those before I would stay at this place. Common areas smelled bad. Room was damp and had multiple damaged walls. Shower and tub had a peeling coating. Needs a drastic remodeling.
