I booked this hotel for 2 days because I was attending a wedding in Westchester. I booked the Corner King room because it was the 'nicest' option. A bit more money but several windows and high thread count sheets for this room type only. I called to confirm my room the day before I was due in Westchester because I read some reviews on this site that the hotel did not put them in this premium room even when paid booked/paid for. I called and sure enough I was down graded to a Queen Room. I told the person on the phone that the room I booked and pre-paid for was the Corner King premium and I expected this to be honored. I also shared that this hotel was known for a 'bait and switch' and I would not tolerate this method of business. After being on hold for a few minutes, she did tell me a Corner King was now reserved for my arrival.
Upon arrival I was given the correct room. The hotel garage is attached to the hotel, so even at $20 per night it was well worth the price. My room was very nice. Not luxurious and plush but very clean and nice.
There was a safe and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The hotel pics of the gym and indoor pool are misleading. There is basically just one treadmill and one bike in a mirrored closet. The pool is small. Maybe the size of a large bathtub.
The staff were very warm and nice. Helpful and accommodating. The breakfast included was actually good. I did not go into the bar/lounge so cannot comment on this part of the hotel.

This hotel is by far the BEST hotel we've stayed at in Delaware. The staff are all very friendly & go out of their way to assist each guests according to their need & situation. The rooms are really spacious, modern looking, but extremely comfortable at the same time. They are also very clean & have every single basic amenity you would have in your own home like: stove/oven, full size refrigerator, & sitting area. It makes things so much easier, especially if you are staying with your children/family. We had the pleasure of staying in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite & it was perfect. There's a basketball court for the kids to play on, a fitness area, and a business workspace that came in handy. Besides the breakfast buffet every morning, they served dinner/appetizers 3 days out of the week for guests & the food was really good. We actually stayed years ago when they were under another name & we love it even more now. If your looking for a hotel that has the feel of a home than this hotel is the only choice you need to make.
