We were moving my daughter out of an off campus apartment into an off campus house and we needed a place to stay for the night. Instead of a chain hotel, I chose this cozy place. It felt like we had a mini vacation while staying here. It was a quiet time of year and I am sure it's hopping when it's full season. Nice staff, clean and great choice of good eats within walking distance.

I stayed here 3 weeks in a row and had only one small issue, which was quickly remedied. That was a condition due to the renovation which the desk clerk would have been unaware of. She immediately set me up in another room and apologized. No other issues arose will be staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the charming Hotel Warner very much. It is not only central located in East Chester, PA, within walking distance to anything you may want, including many very nice dining facilities. We enjoyed a short, scenic ride to Chadds Ford, home of several museums and parks.
With all of the above, the staff of this hotel was more than accommodating and extremely courteous and friendly.
Our experience couldn't have been any better.
