It was a little nicer than expected (especially since the carpeting was replaced with a vinyl wood floor). It was clean, but various things were broken. The bathroom door didn’t close or lock. The bathroom fan wasn’t working. The remote needed batteries. The front desk staff were helpful.

I had to get my cards reprogrammed several times, as they would only work no more than once each time. Or I had to have my family come to the door to let me in. I also tried to iron my shirt -- the ironing board was broken and the iron left rust stains on my white shirt. The property and room s were poorly maintained. Will never stay here again.

Don’t stay here.

The place is absolutely filthy. Shower leaked onto the floor. The sink dripped toilet barely flushed no hairdryer, dead bug in the room always very dark and carpets with filthy garbage on the property places like a homeless shelter. also people living there in the parking lot in their cars.

Place was a dump everytime I tried to get in my room the key didn’t work I fell walking in building the step was all beat up the room smelled like smoke the room locks didn’t work I used hangers to lock They cleaned my room or gave me new towels. The chain lock didn’t lock the sliding glass door did not latch a stick was there to hold the door closed . Shower was gross and sink was all stained

hotel is unsafe and unsanitary. The room I stayed in has paint peeling off the walls. Truly disgusting, I checked out the same day I checked in. I called the general manager and left a message but never received a call back. I want a full refund for my stay.

This hotel is just a dump. Aging infrastructure is one thing, but combine that with dirty, stained, broken, terrible odors … in the hall. The parking lot felt dangerous at night. Front desk staff nice enough, had to get our key reactivated at least twice so some interaction there. For the jacked up prices for UD parents weekend I’d rather camp next time. It was that bad.

We had to ask to change rooms twice but the smell and bathrooms were in the same horrible condition so we had to leave. It’s was hard to breathe. Also other guest with pets had 2 dogs that they never cleaned up after.

The reason this isn’t a one star review is because the bed was actually comfortable. Other than that, this place is a dump. It was parents weekend at my daughter’s college so this was really the only place that had any openings. If given the choice, I would not stay here again.

The entire place smelled pretty awful. The front desk was nice and the bed was super comfortable. Bugs in the bathroom weren't particularly expected and didn't really want to scatter!

The beds bring comfortable was the only good thing about the stay. Construction started at 7 am outside (on the road directly in front of the property. The bathroom in our room was the least appealing part. Stained sink/ countertop, shower handle fell off trying to turn it on. Water came out either piercing hot or cold.
