When I entered there was a group of young men and their parent siting in the lobby eating pizza and talking quite loudly. It seems to me that if they were going to be eating pizza, they should have been in the dining area and not one of the first impressions that a person had when they walked into the hotel. I could hardly hear the check in clerk. The bathroom did not have a magnifying mirror for putting on makeup. The door to the room stuck and was very hard to open and did not close unless pushed hard.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was generally ok. Basically clean except the bathroom floor (the grout needs scrubbing). We were only there for one night and there was no WiFi. It had been restored the next morning when we woke up. This hotel is located near a busy highway and we could hear the traffic noise throughout the night but especially early morning when it was heavier. But it is conveniently located near Longwood Gardens which we had come to visit.
