Awesome location. Nice room. Impeccably clean. On the other hand, the physical design of the breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen. It was in a corner and created a traffic jam. There were few tables in there too. At least the food was good.

Budget hotel. Carpets in the room not ideal at all. Positive note quail walk to grotto

Beautiful hotel. Nice pool. Food was excellent and staff very friendly. Adjacent to railway station. Would highly recommend.

Everything went well. We asked to stay extra an hour and left our luggages in their storage.

Location is best near the Sanctuary and lots of dining options and souveniers shops staff was nice gave us the available room by 130pm..however when we went up to the room it smells like sewerage and the toilet smells urine i went down to tell them coz the smells unbearable ... not properly cleaned toilet floor or theres a leak we came back from the church they sprayed room with air freshener but after awhile still smells even toilet still smells urine...housekeeper should clean properly... AC kept turning OFF so we woke up and always turning it ON oh sweating ... on and off too ...like the location ..

Hotel is clean and perfectly located. The restaurant has a limited menu with acceptable. Service. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are large, but decorated in a dated fashion. Do not expect luxury. No daily water provided and room coffee is instant variety. Paper cups in bathroom and basic soaps. Nothing special. A solid 3 Star hotel that could rise to 4 star with a few minor upgrades.
