This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.

Very clean and wonderful staff. Very friendly and the evening show was beautiful.

Clean resort, but did not follow through with requests made. I requested a birthday cake for my mom & a birthday banner. They sent my mom a photo of the “surprise” & asked her who her “surprise” cake was for. Fell in the lobby with my 3 month old son in my hands due to a wet floor. Closing doors at restaurants automatically closed on my 2 year old & myself when walking through them. Also requested a double bed for my family and received a king bed.
