A wonderful hotel for our first time in Tokyo! It felt like luxury, mixed with this wonderful city nature. The staff was always very kind and understanding, and I definitely recommend booking the rooms with breakfast included. The added bonus of having a delicious breakfast everyday from the hotel’s cafe was an added plus that I have never seen anywhere. If I were lucky to go back to Tokyo again, they could expect to see me.

We had several meals in the hotel. 2 were very good. 1 was just OK. (Sushi). 1 was cold. Cooked Breakfast. The onsite ONSEN was amazing and made our vacation at this property worthwhile. We will definitely be coming back.

Location and great service is what makes this hotel convenient. Already stayed here once, so it was an easy decision when a trip to Tokyo was planned.

I loved the room, bathroom configuration was wonderful. Check in process was not good to be honest. They start check in late, there’s nowhere to put bags if you arrive early, no way to check in early. They forgot to send me the door code to access the elevator (this makes sense if you see the property). Aside from check in the stay was great. It has a nice kitchen, beds and pillows were comfortable. It’s not real close to any of the things most tourists come to see, but it’s close to the train station.
