Great place to stay! Centrally located and quiet!

Close to many attractions and restaurants.

Really great place to stay. Perfect location close to trains, restaurants and vibrant neighborhoods. Nice, spacious apartments that included a washer/dryer. It was also very secure which was nice. We stayed for 8 nights and definitely would stay again. Things to note: check in is not until 4:00 PM so if you are arriving early from an overnight flight you will have to entertain yourself but they do allow you to store luggage. Also note that staff is only on site from 10 am - 6 pm every day. The front desk staff were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful navigating the area as it was our first time in Lisbon and were always very friendly and professional. At the end of our trip my husband had to leave one day earlier than me. I was worried about being able to carry my heavy suitcase down a set of stairs from our room. I spoke to the front desk staff and they moved me to a room that worked much better (no stairs and right by an elevator). They also fixed the washer/dryer in our room as soon as I notified them it wasn’t working correctly. What I wished they had was more literature about the area, information on taking public transportation, popular attractions and maybe even a map. Would also have been nice to have operating instructions for the appliances (which are very different from what I was used to). Great place! Safe, clean. well managed and perfect location. Lovely building, nice views, good amenities (pool, workout room), and best in class staff.

This place does only have one fire exit, and it's a labyrinth to escape from the room that I was assigned. Portuguese law doesn't always require two exits, but in my view this is a death trap in case of fire. Normally not at all something I've ever reviewed, but in this specific instance I feel it's appropriate to comment. Apart from that all was medium and okay, hard bed, fairly clean, basic room and virtually no decorations.
