Sheets and blankets were kinda wet. Everything was broken and strange smell everywhere. Did regret that chose that hotel for the night.

The location and price are the best. Right next to the Alamo and 2 blocks from River Walk.

NO Elevator. If you have Ambulation issues. This is not the place for you.

Originally booked and paid for a king size bedroom. I got there and was notified by the Starr that the king bedrooms A/C’s were cooling as normally. It was about 105 degrees outside. So we had to settle for a double bed room. Other than that room was clean, staff was very helpful

Great place to stay---beautiful setting---nice pool. Bed was comfortable---towels smelled fresh. In the room were snacks and bottles of water. Can't get over how nice it was---will stay again!!!!

I love the location, the ease of having washer and dryer in the unit rather than just on the property. And how quick the honor was to respond to a couple simple issues and fixes we had while I was there.
