Really nice place to stay highly recommended

Beautiful location and bedrooms. However communal area ie. Accommodation stairs and hallway needs attention. Parking can be an issue as anyone can park in pub carpark for free, just to go to the beach for the day.

Great stay as always at this property

All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially James in the bar . Lovely clean room the fridge was kept well stocked . At breakfast the bacon was mostly overcooked to the point of rubber but the rest was delicious

I have stayed here a few times now and we love this hotel. It is a bit tired in the rooms but nothing to spoil your stay. I did find the staff were not a good as they have been. Reception never answer the phone, you have to go down to them. Breakfast is not good. poor selection and poor service. They had no bread left out, no ketchup left. They had 6 empty bottles out for customers to use, everyone was empty. When asked for more, it never came. I ordered from the menu and paid extra. Arrived cold and egg not cooked correctly. I didn't bother the next day. All in all I do love the hotel and grounds. I am assuming they are working with reduced staff because of the cost. I would stay again, just mot bother eating there.

Lovely hotel, food in the restaurant amazing! Nice touch with the Bentley outside and free tours available! Only (very minor!) thing was no hand wash or body lotion in the rooms.
